  • Todd has lived in the Rodney District all his life, growing up on an organic farm and attending primary school and college in Warkworth. His upbringing shaped his values from an early age, instilling a deep love for hard work and the refreshing country air. With over two decades of experience in the landscape industry, Todd has dedicated himself to enriching natural landscapes. Starting with just a ute and his loyal dog, he has grown Rochford Landscapes into what it is today. Todd places a strong emphasis on building personal connections with clients and will never approve a job unless it meets the high standards he would expect for a close friend's or family member's property. Known for his genuine, no-nonsense approach, Todd thrives on finding solutions and fostering positive outcomes. He is committed to building Rochford Landscapes into an iconic company with a lasting reputation that extends well beyond his career. Todd is a dedicated father of two.

  • Often described as a 'pocket rocket' for her boundless energy and dedication, Laura is known as one of the hardest working people you'll meet. Her expertise in growing and maintaining plants is unparalleled, shaped by a lifetime of hands-on experience. Laura has a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. She is wonderful at working with clients and designers—they all love her collaborative approach. Outside of work, Laura extends her love for the outdoors by managing and landscaping her own 40-acre farm

  • Kelvin has been a key member of Rochford Landscapes for 6 years, playing a vital role in the company's growth and operations. With a background in farming, he approaches his work with practical, solution-based strategies honed through hands-on experience managing landscape yards. Kelvin's expert knowledge of landscape materials shapes his detail-oriented, results-driven approach to every project. Outside of work, he coaches kids' hockey and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

  • Alex has been with Rochford Landscapes for 8 years. A gifted woodworker with meticulous attention to detail, Alex is known for his exceptional work ethic and organisational skills. He loves creating and takes immense pride in his craft. As a family man with a wife and two kids, Alex balances his professional life with his love for soccer, showcasing his talent on and off the field.

  • Aimee has been with Rochford Landscapes for 5 years, starting as a bookkeeper and evolving into the essential glue that keeps our company running smoothly. She wears many hats within the business, helping to create and implement efficient systems to ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Aimee's comprehensive understanding of the business, down to the smallest detail, ensures operations are seamless. Outside of work, Aimee is training as a St John first responder.
